Agreement to Terms

By using the services of SLF San Luis Fencing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

SLF San Luis Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in San Luis, AZ and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

Fence installation for residential and commercial properties
Fence repair and replacement services
Wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and pool fencing
Free estimates and consultations

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. The final cost may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes requested by you. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be provided at the time of installation. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper use, or modifications made by others.

Property Access and Permits

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals, unless we have agreed in writing to handle this for you. We will assist with permit applications when requested.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request at any time before work begins. If work has already started, you will be responsible for paying for materials used and labor completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits for materials already ordered are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

SLF San Luis Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through open communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled according to Arizona state law.
